Hey friends!

I think few things we do are as important as our ministry to our children. It’s odd to look back at when Life started and realize we had three kids, and then to fast forward to today when we have 20+, and about 20% of our adults are parents of youngsters! And this year alone we are expecting seven babies! One of our resident grandparents recently told me, “This is what we call growing a church the old fashioned way.” Indeed it is . . .

Our church functions much like an extended family, and we have a tremendous opportunity to collectively shepherd these children and lead them to Jesus from the earliest age. Will you prayerfully consider jumping into this ministry? It requires a once a month commitment, and is a lot of fun. In addition to investing in the kids, it’s a great way to connect with others in the body, and you become a hero to both the children and their parents.

We need another six to ten workers for this session. Whether you are a veteran grandparent or a young single with zero kid experience, we’d love to have you be a part of shaping our children’s faith. To sign up or get more specifics, email Bridget at bcp0138@lausd.net.
